Fractional marketing leader

Private Capital

A rapidly expanding trade association with offices in NYC and Singapore needed to reconfigure their marketing workflows and hire a savvy marcom professional who could partner with the CEO to develop press strategy, grow the brand's awareness, manage a complex content marketing engine, and mentor a young team

Re-architecting a department for success

Over the course of six months, I worked closely with the CEO to redesign the marketing department and its processes, eventually leading a successful search for a VP of Marketing and Communications

Executive leadership

The marcomm team was young and needed strong and consistent leadership to make the necessary changes

Department design

Reconfigured the org chart, aligning job roles and responsibilities to organizational goals

Workflow analysis

Reviewed the people, processes, and tools marcomm used to complete their tasks, noting blockers and opportunities for improvement

Job descriptions

Design and wrote new job descriptions for new and existing hires

Content production

Working closely with the team, I developed a new content production process that relieved intra-org tension and led to increased efficiency

Talent strategy

Led an executive search for a VP of marketing and communications, resulting in a dynamic hire
