Reconfigured the org chart, aligning job roles and responsibilities to organizational goals
Workflow analysis
Reviewed the people, processes, and tools marcomm used to complete their tasks, noting blockers and opportunities for improvement
Job descriptions
Design and wrote new job descriptions for new and existing hires
Content production
Working closely with the team, I developed a new content production process that relieved intra-org tension and led to increased efficiency
Talent strategy
Led an executive search for a VP of marketing and communications, resulting in a dynamic hire
